Cole reveals to Victoria that he can’t go on working with Nina and admits that his marriage is too valuable to him to take that chance. Victoria’s touched and suggests that maybe their marriage does have a chance. Nina’s upset when the papers she needed from Cole are delivered to her. Victor announces to Ryan that he needs him for a trip to the Far East and adds that he can bring his wife and son along with him. When Ryan gives Nina the good news, Nina states that she can’t take this anymore and would never go on a trip with him. Diane finds Jack upset with Victor for failing to act on his business idea.
Confiding that he almost went too far in anger, Jack does tell Diane that one way or another, that company will become a part of Newman Enterprises. Sharon talks with Victoria about the idea of throwing a Christmas party for their friends. When Grace leaves the table at the coffeehouse, Tony snoops into her package. Catching him, Grace asserts that he has no class but finding out about the party, Tony makes plans to crash it. Nikki is caught offguard when Hope hugs her as she drops off some Christmas presents. Kurt tells Victor that while he doesn’t want to appear ungrateful, he doesn’t really want to stay in town too long.
